OUR FEE SCHEDULE

Our fees are included in the price of tours, transfers, and other al carte items.

For services based on contractual bids we offer FREE basic consultation to give you an idea of the cost and scope of the project.  If you agree with our offer we require a non-refundable retainer deposit. From there we will lay the groundwork needed to research and negotate with providers and will offer you a well defined contractual bid.

If you accept our bid, then we require a down payment to greenlight the project (Phase I).  Once we get near the date of the event we require another deposit(Phase II).  At the completion of project/event the remainder is due(Phase III).
